Chat Rules

Now that you’ve joined us at Crown Bingo you’ll want to join our happy band of members in the Chat Room. We know that you’ll enjoy playing all our games and chatting to the other members in our community – and of course there is the extra cash bonus! There are only a few rules – we don’t want to spoil the fun!

The main rule to remember is that our Chat Masters’ (CM) decisions are always final.

As we want everyone to enjoy themselves, please be friendly and polite to everyone in the Chat Rooms, including the CM. Welcome all newcomers – remember when you were new!

Please don’t use CAPITAL LETTERS wherever possible. In the world that is online chat the use of capital letters implies that you are annoyed or angry.

The rules are really easy to follow and in the majority of cases just plain common-sense.

• Don’t be abusive or swear
• Don’t argue or insult
• Don’t be racist or disrupt
• Don’t complain or beg
• Don’t mention any other online bingo rooms – there may be others but we are the best
• Don’t pass details of your account to anyone

We feel that our rules are simple and straightforward to follow. Anyone who does break the rules on regular basis can find that the CM has the authority to ban their chat privileges.

The main point to remember – if you’re pleasant to everyone - you will be welcomed.
