Help completing the registration form

Registration forms can be tricky and confusing. Luckily we've made ours really straight forward and quick to complete. Just follow our guide below and you'll be a registered Crown Bingo member in no time.

Security Prompts

Username - This is the name you will use to log in with when you have registered to become a member. You should choose something specific to you and that is easy to remember as your username, e.g. Susie73 or BeLucky. You will be able to choose your chat name after you have registered.

Password - Choose a password which isn't easy to guess, something with a combination of letters and numbers is best. Make sure it's something you will be able to remember.

Security Word - Should you forget your username or password then we may ask you for your security word. Again, choose something that is specific to you and memorable like you mother’s maiden name or your city of birth.

Security Word prompt - Should you need prompting on your security word then we'll tell you your security word prompt. If you've entered your mother’s maiden name as your security word then your prompt should be 'mother’s maiden name'.

Personal Details

Title - Choose the title that best suits you.

First Name - Just your first name here please

Surname - Please ensure no spelling mistakes here!

Date of Birth - Please enter your date of birth - and don't worry - we won't tell anyone how young you are!

Address

Please give us as much information as possible. Remember that all the information you submit will be held and treated in the strictest confidence.

Contact Information

We need to be able to get in touch with you in case there are problems with your account or to let you know about our special offers. And don’t worry, we won’t be handing your details out to anyone else, unless you agree to it.

Email Address - It is essential you have an email address to register. If you do not have an email address and your internet service provider, such as BT or Tiscali, cannot provide you with one then you should register a free email address. We recommend trying Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail.

Mobile Phone Number - Please enter your mobile number if you have one.
