  If you have a problem which needs an urgent response, don’t worry about it - rather than waiting for a response to an email you can easily get in contact with our “Live Help” team. They are available between 8am and 2am from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday you can reach them from 8am to midnight. We don’t want you to worry about anything, and there really isn’t a reason why you would need to – even with the smallest problem we want to resolve it for you – go to the homepage and click on the “Live Help” icon at the top of the page. We’re more than happy to help you.
