• How long does it take for winnings to be processed and paid?

  If you have chosen to receive your winnings by BACS this may take up to three days to reach your account.

  Cheque payments can take between three and five working days.
  If you have requested your winnings credited back to your card these are normally processed between three to five working days provided that your card is from one of the following banks –
  Barclays, HSBC, Nat West, Lloyds or RBS.

  Withdrawals being made back to cards issued by other banks may possibly take up to twelve working days. This is dictated by the terms of the bank.
