What are the available withdrawal options?
This depends, to a certain extent, on which method you use for making deposits into your account. Usually a withdrawal will need to be made back to the same card from where the deposit came. Regulations stipulate that we must credit the same amount back to the card which deposited the funds wherever possible.
Withdrawals can be made to the following types of card –
Visa Debit Cards
Visa Credit Cards
Solo
Maestro (UK only)This is only able to be overridden by a Customer Service Agent and only as a result of a card being lost, stolen or having expired and been re-issued with a different number. In this instance, ID verification and proof that the account or card to where the withdrawal has been requested, is registered to the member’s name. As an alternative, a cheque made out to the member’s name and which is crossed “Account Payee Only” can be posted to the member’s registered address.
Once the full amount of the deposited funds has been withdrawn back to the issuing card, then funds are able to be withdrawn to the any of the following cards or accounts –
Credit or Debit Card
Bank Account
ChequeIf your deposit was made by one of our e-wallet options – Neteller or Moneybookers – then you will need to request a withdrawal by cheque or BACS.
