• How can I change my financial details?

  Credit Card Details

  To change your financial details you need to have £10 or less in your account. Go to “Your Account” and click on “Deposit.” It then gives you an option to change your card details. Once you have updated the details then click “Submit.”

  BACS Details

  To change your BACS details, click “Your Account” and enter your password and the selected letters from your security word. Click on “Withdraw” and look for the option which allows your funds to be withdrawn to your bank account. It then will give you the option of changing your BACS details. Click on “Submit” which will action your request.

  Change Withdraw Method

  Click on “Your Account” and enter your password and selected letters from your security word. Click on “Withdraw” and then you will be asked to indicate whether you would prefer your winnings to be transferred directly into your bank account or if you would like a cheque. You are able to alternate between BACS and cheque payments whenever you want; however a BACS payment will always be a quicker method which is why we recommend it.
