I don’t seem to receive any emails from you. Why is that?
From time to time several of the email providers wrongly think that our confirmation and support emails are junk or spam. Ensure you check those files regularly in case one of our emails has been delivered there. You can also fill in your contacts/address book with our email support@crownbingo.com so that your provider knows that our emails are welcome.
AOL are known to block our emails so if your email account is with AOL may we suggest you open an additional free email with another of the large providers such as Yahoo or Hotmail before you register with us.
