By seeking to register with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd and by playing any of the Games you hereby confirm to Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd that at all such times you -

are located in a jurisdiction in which it is lawful to so register and play the Games;
are not located in any of the jurisdictions referred to in 3.1(b) above;
are aged 18 years or over;
are acting as principal and not on behalf of anyone else, and
are not an employee of Virtue Fusion Ltd or VIRTUE FUSION (ALDERNEY) LTD or any of Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd or Virtue Fusion Ltd's third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers or developers.

Persons in breach of 1 or 2 or otherwise in breach of these terms will not be entitled to collect any winnings. FURTHERMORE ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 1 OR 2 IS COMMITING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

You must not play or seek to play any of the Games unless you have registered with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd or have been specifically granted permission to do so as a guest by Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd.

You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published on this website from time to time. Such rules form part of and are incorporated in these terms.

You hereby confirm that you fully understand the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where you are resident.

4. REGISTRATION

4.1
Following registration we will request a username and password for security purposes. The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account username and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost or misused.

We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account immediately and without consultation, notification or giving reasons therefore in the event that you cause to be published on, and/or send via, our website or by playing any of the Games any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material or if you are in breach, or are suspected of any breach of, any applicable law or regulation or should we deem it in the best interests of Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd to do so. 7. YOUR ACCOUNT

7.1
In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

7.2
Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account by either registering online, contacting customer support or by requesting a game download.

You can make deposits into your account by accessing the 'My Account' facility when logged in as a full member on this site. You must wager your deposit before attempting to withdraw it, this is to cover our processing fees and also to prevent fraudulent activity. No card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your credit to make deposits in the account with which it has been registered.

In order to make a withdrawal you must be a Full Member. To make a withdrawal you can either access the 'Your Account' facility online or contact Customer Support. You can withdraw by bank transfer or cheque. Customer trying to withdraw without depositing should see 18 Complimentary Funds

7.3
Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so. There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can deposit in your account as follows :-

Deposit by credit card: each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hour period. You are not permitted to make more than 5 deposits per day.

Deposits by cheque: each separate cheque must be at least £10 and no greater than £1,000 in any 24-hr period. You are not permitted to make more than 5 deposits per day. On the reverse of every cheque should be written the name and address of the cheque holder.

No other method of deposit to your account will currently be accepted by Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd and processed by our European Head Office, Virtue Fusion Ltd.

7.5
In the event that there is a charge back for whatever reason you accept and acknowledge that we will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.

The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason, and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by sending us an e-mail to support@crownbingo.com with your instructions or by sending a registered letter to Crown Bingo Opt Out Facility, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd, Bewlay House, 2 Swallow Place, London, W1B2AE, UK. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd will not accept wagers from this account. To reactivate your account we will require confirmation from you in writing by fax or email.

7.9
Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by cheque (subject to the conditions set out below) or wire transfer (after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You are not permitted to make more than one withdrawal from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note as follows –

Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(B) above. Wire transfers in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided.

Withdrawal by cheque: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. This cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with us. Cheque withdrawals in excess of £200 will require proof of identity to be provided.

Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games.

7.12
To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.

If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes/correct details. We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid by cheque or other means within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

7.15
In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individuals players misuse of the financial functionality.

8. LICENCE TO USE SOFTWARE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to use the software for the Games (the 'Software') strictly for participation only in the Games in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Games. You may use the Software on any computer at which you have user rights and provided always that you comply with these terms and the rules of each Game.

Save in respect of claims for death or personal injury arising from Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd’s negligence (a) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd ’s liability to you for any matter arising out of or in connection with your use of this website will be Ltd to the aggregate of the amount in your account and any winnings due to you in accordance with these terms; and (b) Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. All representations, warranties and terms (express or implied) not set out in these terms are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded and Virtue Fusion NV shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, have no liability to you in respect of the same. You agree to indemnify Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd in respect of any liability, damages, costs or claims (save to the extent the same arise out of or in connection with Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Ltd’s breach of contract or negligence) which it may suffer arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or otherwise arising out of or in connection with our services. 17.1.3 Invited Persons
For the purposes of this promotion “Friends” are: existing Crown Bingo individuals with who you have a personal or business relationship. You must only refer to Crown Bingo individuals. You may invite a maximum of five “friends” to join the casino.

17.1.4 Awarding of £10 bonus
For each and every friend that you refer to join Crown Bingo who becomes a genuine player, we will credit your account with £10.

A player will only be considered genuine when they deposit a minimum of £20 via their credit card into their Crown Bingo account and wager at least £20 of those cash funds. 17.3 Jackpots

17.3.1
Crown Bingo offers bingo jackpots on bingo games. The name and amount of each bingo jackpot is clearly displayed within the bingo room. A main progesssive bingo jackpot and a fixed jackpot is available in each bingo room. You must get a full house in under a certain number of calls to win a particular jackpot. The number of calls required is clearly displayed within the bingo room for each jackpot. If a player wins the higher value jackpot, they will not be eligible to also claim lower value jackpot.

17.3.2
The amount of the jackpots will be displayed on the website. While Crown Bingo endeavours at all times to ensure this information is accurate, the values displayed may not be 100% accurate. Crown Bingo will endeavour to ensure the information is as accurate as possible. On rare occasions, it is possible that the jackpot will have been won in a previous game and not reset on Crown Bingo in time before the next jackpot is won. Players should be aware that the payment will be based on Crown Bingo's jackpot pool and not necessarily that displayed on the website of Crown Bingo.

17.3.3
Payments of jackpots are a manual process. Any player claiming the jackpot should email support@crownbingo.com stating the time of their jackpot win and which jackpot they have hit.

17.3.4
All jackpot winnings will be paid into the players account as quickly as possible. In the case of physical prizes, a representative of Crown Bingo will contact you by email or telephone within a reasonable time period to arrange delivery of your jackpot prize.

17.3.5
All winners of jackpot prizes agree by accepting the jackpot prize that they make themselves available to Crown Bingo Ltd for reasonable publicity prices, including but not Ltd to use of photographs of the winner and the use of the winner's name.

17.3.6
Only players who have made a deposit into their account are eligible to win any bingo jackpot. Players playing with free or promotional funds who have not made a deposit into their account are not eligible to claim.

17.3.7
Two or more players can share the full house prize in a game of bingo. In the event this happens and players are eligible to claim a jackpot, the jackpot money will be divided equally between winners.

17.3.8
The main progesssive jackpot in each bingo room will be seeded at £10,000 and will grow each day as a percentage of money spent on the game. It will continue to grow until it is won. Once the Jackpot is won it will reset to the seeded amount. All claims must be received within 48 hours of the winning bingo game or they will be null and void. The Jackpot will not be reset until the winning ticket is validated.

17.3.9
The main progressive bingo jackpot in each bingo room will be paid out at a minimum of £25,000 while this jackpot is advertised on television and for a minimum of 4 weeks there after.

17.3.10
Crown Bingo reserves the right to remove this jackpot once it has been won. Crown Bingo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

17.4 Chat Games

17.4.1
Crown Bingo offer chat room games with real cash prizes. Chat room games are hosted by our chat masters and are available from 9am until 1am. 17.4.2
Chat room game credits can only be used to purchase more bingo cards or play casino or slot games. They cannot be withdrawn directly. Users who attempt to withdraw chat room game winnings who do not wager sufficiently may have their withdrawal blocked and winnings reclaimed.

17.4.3
All bingo players who are in the bingo chat room are eligible to take part and collect chat room game winnings. You must be purchasing bingo tickets in order to be eligible for chat room game winnings. We usually pay our winnings at the end of shifts although sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

17.4.4
Players who register and receive 10 free games of bingo then lose this money and do not deposit are not eligible to take part in chat room games. Any winnings may be withheld at the discretion of Crown Bingo.

17.4.5
Players who register and make a deposit and subsequently lose their deposit are eligible to play chat room games at the discretion of Crown Bingo. However, should the player attempt to abuse our chat room game system by persistently not purchasing bingo cards and attempting to profit directly from chat room games they may have their winnings withdrawn at the discretion of Crown Bingo's management.

17.4.6
A maximum of £5 can be won by any player in chat room games on any given day. Note: This is not every 24 hours but on any given day. Players are welcome to participate in all chat games but they should be aware that all winnings above £5 will be withheld.

17.4.7
The total amount won in chat room games cannot exceed at any time more than 50% of your total net deposit. Your total net deposit is your total deposit minus your total withdraw. If your total chat game winnings exceed this by 50% you will be prevented from claiming chat game winnings until such time when your total chat game winnings do not exceed your total net deposit by 50%.

17.4.8
Continually breaking chat room game rules will result in a ban on claiming chat room game winnings. You will still be eligible to play bingo and chat games, although any chat room game winnings will not be credited to your account. Your account will be reviewed periodically and chat game eligibilty be reinstated at the discrection of Crown Bingo management.

17.4.9
Crown Bingo reserves the right to reclaim chat game credits at any point.

17.4.10
Crown Bingo reserve the right not to enter into dialogue with players regarding eligiblity for chat game winnings.

18. COMPLIMENTARY FUNDS

18.1
Crown Bingo will give away complimentary funds to new registered accounts from time to time.

18.2
Only one complimentary bonus funding is allowed per person, not per account. If a player has claimed more than one complimentary funding, for more than one account, then they forfeit their right to their complimentary funds and any associated winnings.

18.3
The minimum withdrawal on accounts with no deposit is £50.

18.4
All money deposited into Crown Bingo must be wagered before it is withdrawn. This is to cover processing fees and to prevent fraudulent activity.

19. PROMOTIONS
